Art Policy:

There is no art fee for images provided as vectors and in PDF, .ai, .svg or .eps format. Any art that is not provided in the appropriate format will need to be recreated and may be subject to a graphic design charge of no more than $50 per image. By submitting an image or logo for use, the customer deems that they have received explicit use permission from the copyright / trademark owner to use the logo and will indemnify C and P Custom Printing from claims of copyright, patent and intellectual rights infringement.

 

Payment policy:

50% payment is required at the time of order placement, with the remaining balance due at delivery. Items ordered late will be done on a Net 15 payment terms. After payment due date, a late fee of 1.5% per month will be charged monthly until the payment is settled. After order delivery, no additional orders will be taken until all previous balances are paid.

 

Cancellation:

Cancellation fee shall be 100% after customer approval of mockups and rosters.

 

Uniform Specific policy:

Late jersey and hat orders will not be guaranteed delivery in time for the beginning of the season and will be $15 additional per jersey or hat.

 

Return policy:

Customized items are not eligible for return. Non-customized items may be returned within 60 days of delivery. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned in their original condition with tags on.

 

Emergency Policy:

C and P Custom Printing is not liable for delays that occur due to emergency situations, such as power outages, facility fires, natural disasters, or government decisions.

Work policy:
C and P Custom Printing reserves the right to refuse are that they believe is inappropriate for public consumption, including but not limited to racist, sexist, homophobic or otherwise socially harmful images and text.
